On Thursday, March 30, 2023, the Star Mountain Rehabilitation Center held a special open day event to mark the closing ceremony of the Al-Fanar Project, titled "Establishment of SMRC Ecotourism Park." The ceremony was a celebration that featured various activities and honored persons with disabilities. Among the highlights were an Iftar meal held in recognition of individuals with disabilities and captivating Dabkeh performances presented by both SMRC and Birzeit Women's Society. The event was attended by esteemed partner institutions, including the Palestinian Vision Organization, Rozanna Association, and Birzeit Women Society. To showcase the accomplishments of the project, a video was played at the conclusion of the ceremony, providing a comprehensive overview of the main activities completed during the project's duration.
